1. Engagement of Service
By accessing the StakelyHQ web application and registering a profile, you agree to comply with our platform guidelines. This prototype is designated for evaluation and simulated venture modeling.
2. Registry and Representation
Founders and Company representatives are sole custodians of their cap tables. You warrant that all registration numbers, shareholder logs, and asset valuations uploaded represent bona fide corporate details.
3. Statement of Account Issuance
The "Statement of Account" document generated when removing stakeholders is a mock, prototype-level audit report. While it mirrors professional standards, it is for demonstration purposes only.
4. System Restrictions
You agree not to bypass security configurations, upload files containing malware to data rooms, or represent mock dashboards as actual brokerage accounts.
5. Governing Law
