StakelyHQ was conceived after our founding team spent a decade consulting for private wealth and venture capital funds. We repeatedly observed that critical corporate assets — cap tables, board notes, runway projections — were siloed in disorganized folders and prone to math mistakes.
We designed a platform to bridge this gap, using Next.js structures, audited statement downloads, and AES-256 encryption to serve as the single source of truth.
