When registering as a Founder or Investor, we collect your full name, company registration number, email addresses, and phone numbers. This data is exclusively utilized to verify corporate identities and compile requested Statements of Account.
3. Access Ledgers & Audit History
To maintain system-level auditability, all dashboard events (stakeholder removals, document access grants, profile changes) are logged into our Immutable Audit Log ledger. These logs are accessible to company administrators.
